Chanesd “Gla” Srisukho, also known as Doctor Gla, hails from Phichit province in northern central Thailand. He has a deep-rooted appreciation for the rich medical culture of his family of doctors. He draws inspiration from his beloved parents, who always provided decent medical services for the population. Spending his childhood during school breaks assisting his parents in the government hospital and the clinic, Gla naturally developed a love for caring for people.
Before founding MALI, Gla embarked on a decade-long journey to many provinces of Thailand, immersing himself fully by learning examination techniques from academic professors, senior practitioners, friends, and long-standing medical clinics and hospitals. He learned ancient techniques, such as immunotherapy for infectious diseases, and newly developed treatments, such as laser resurfacing for scars. Doctor Gla’s exploration deepened his appreciation for the weight-loss treatment that combines world-class medications and supplements, and he vowed to honor the authentic medical techniques and high-quality care at SCMC (formerly MALI) Clinic.
Dr Chanesd Srisukho, MD, MSc (Dermatology), has pioneered skin and general disease treatment in Phichit and Phetchaboon provinces. Thus, he owns several laser centres. He is a man from a family of multiple generations of Thai physicians; he inherited the medical formula of patient care and ordinary cultures of practices.

1. Eat fewer calories (male < 1500 Kcal per day/ female < 1200 Kcal per day)
2. Chew slowly to stimulate the 'full' center in the brain function.
3. Ingest more protein, eat less carbs, and oily food.
Good protein sources include soy, cooked fish, cooked chicken, and boiled eggs, for example.
4. Walk or run more than 10,000 steps per day, or engage in moderate exercise 150 - 200 minutes per week
5. Avoid alcohol, cannabis, Durian, and recreational drugs.
MEDICINE, ALONG WITH BEHAVIORAL CHANGE, will help more than medicine alone.
Obesity is a chronic disease, difficult to treat, and requires longer treatment. Fat can accumulate easily and frequently in the modern world.
